Attorney Abdul N. Hamdan, a co-founder at the law firm Alsaidi Chang Hamdan, focuses his practice on representing personal injury victims in a variety of different cases. Mr. Hamdan maintains a client-centered approach, taking the time to understand each client’s unique story, and guides them throughout the legal process. Our firm has experience in various personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents and slip/fall accidents and well-equipped to handle a wide range of injury-related cases. Mr. Hamdan’s firm has successfully recovered millions in compensation for its clients Mr. Hamdan is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University where he teaches courses in Legal Research and Legal Reasoning. He obtained his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School. During law school, Abdul participated in a moot court competition. He was also awarded Best Oral Advocate in Appellate Advocacy. As a lifelong New Jersey resident, Abdul gives back to his community by providing pro bono service on behalf of low-income residents in New Jersey. Abdul is married and has five children. In his free time, Abdul enjoys long walks, jogging and spending time with family and friends.

A lifelong resident of Passaic County and son of Cuban immigrants, Joseph graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University. From there he went on to Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. While in Law School, Joseph conducted legal research to the highly esteemed Property Professor Paula Franzese; his research included a vast array of Property Law issues that were destined for publication in a new Property Law Casebook to be used in Law Schools throughout the country.
After graduation, Joseph spent the next several years representing a variety of clients in Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation cases. Joseph is fluent in Spanish and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. He is currently a court certified mediator, specializing in Foreclosure and Civil Mediation.

Chris has practiced law since 2010 in a wide range of areas specializing in motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, trucking accidents, restaurant and retail litigation as well as appellate practice. Chris has also handled construction accident cases, dram shop cases and municipal litigation. Chris has previously worked as both a Plaintiff’s Attorney as well as a Staff Counsel Attorney for two large insurance companies. Chris is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He has argued in front of the Appellate Division and has taken multiple jury trials to verdict.
